We want to change the vertical transportation industry and empower people. We do this by managing needs differently than others.

Skytec was inspired by companies continuing to operate as they have been for the last 100 years and their struggles to adapt and lead change. While working in various roles with large elevator organizations, Skytec founders discovered the reluctance and blindness of those in the industry to bring about a shift for the benefit of people. When these companies prioritized profits over quality and service, customers and employees felt neglected, and the quality of products or services was often compromised.
